WATCH: New printer craned into ANU School of Art

A flatbed printer capable of printing on a variety of materials was installed in its new home at the ANU School of Art yesterday.
The wide-format UV cured flatbed printer, craned into the ANU School of Art yesterday, will allow ANU researchers to continue their research into printing digital images onto a wide variety of materials including glass, wood and textiles.
It will join a new Hasselblad drum scanner and a new Epson roll paper printer, as well as existing equipment, in the School of Art's upgraded Inkjet Research Facility.
The upgrade was made possible with the support of the University's Major Equipment Committee, the Department of Applied Mathematics, Research School of Physics & Engineering, the Drill Hall Gallery, and The School of Art Furniture Workshop.
